Three Easy Steps to Register for a
Personal Safety Class:
1) Make Donation
(Please see Note on Donation Fee below);
2) Complete all info fields below; and
3) Click "Register Me" button at bottom.

Note on Donation Fee:
To attend a class, there is a tax-deductible minimum
donation fee required as follows:
$20 for high school/college students;
$20 for Healthtrax members at either of
the Glastonbury Healthtrax classes;
$25 for all other attendees.
This fee may be donated in one of two ways:
i) To donate by credit card, Click Here to make a
secure, on-line donation to the National MS Society.
You will be taken to a secure website hosted by the
NMSS where you can make a tax-deductible
donation to support Billy Maag as he bikes 100
Miles in the bkm/Steelcase MS Bike Tour on Sunday,
June 7, 2009.
ii) Send a check made out to National Multiple
Sclerosis Society and mail to:
