Here we are…almost done with the MS Training Rides.
When we felt we had no more to give, we dug down deep inside.
We started out with THIRTEEN and now we’re down to TWO.
The road was long and tough at times, but our legs and hearts both grew.
The MS Century on June 7 is now well within our reach.
This Saturday: 30 miles west of the river and 50 on the east.
That’s a total of 80 miles which will help us be well-prepared.
Then Memorial Day food and beer: our muscles will be repaired!
As usual, 8am is when we’ll depart for the routes we charted.
We’ll first do a loop of 50 and then rest from where we started.
80 miles will take a while so come with food and Gatorade.
We’ll start and rest and get more food from the pharmacy called Rite Aid.
